Truly enjoyed this home. Amenities were phenomenal for a small gathering of a group of friends, like we did, or larger groups. Nicole & Mike were responsive to all questions asked, clear instructions, and friendly. Would stay again!

Nicole and Mike were fantastic hosts. Our group came to town to relax in the mountains and play golf. The Lazy Bear Lodge was a perfect house for us recharge and unwind. Nicole and Mike were incredibly attentive and ensured our check in was seamless. They were in regular communication through the trip and were happy to give us recommendations. The house was as amazing. Very clean, every amenity you could want for a mountain get away. Our crew particularly loved the movie theater room and the poker table in the basement. Thanks for a great trip! We will visit again.

We can’t wait to come back again! The large cozy home met all our needs and desires! Very solid built home, great layout & spacious rooms. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything needed to make all our meals.

My whole family and I had such a lovely time. The house was perfect for our big family and the bunk beds were a hit for all the kids. Amenities were super close, and Nicole and Mike were super helpful and accommodating and such wonderful hosts. We are looking forward to coming back again soon 😊❤️

Our group had an amazing time at this home! They had all essentials and much more. We especially enjoyed the game room and comfortable couches and seating all around the house! The location is perfect and so close to all the resort amenities. The hosts, Nicole and Mike, were amazing and always responsive with our questions! Highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip with a big group to Massanutten.

We LOVED staying here! The home was beautiful, steps to the beach (in a private area, which we were extremely grateful for), and had so many restaurants 5 minutes away at the strip. The neighborhood was gorgeous, and Nicole & Mike were so kind to even set up age appropriate toys & a birthday balloon for our daughter. They also gave a wonderful dinner recommendation! We will absolutely be back!

Our host was very welcoming and responsive and had adjusted our check out timings. The property is at very good location with lots of activities near by. The property was very neat and clean as in photos.
We had a wonderful time with family and friends and hoping to stay in the same property whenever we visit Massanutten.

This Airbnb was the perfect setting for my husband's birthday celebration with our kids! The home was incredibly family-friendly, offering something special for everyone. Our children had a blast exploring both the indoor space and the wonderful outdoor area. The outdoor space was a huge highlight - perfect for morning coffee, afternoon play sessions, and evening relaxation under the stars.
Inside, the living area was perfect for family gatherings, game time, and birthday festivities. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing both the special birthday dinner and kid-friendly meals. The sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our family, ensuring everyone had a good night.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Blue Dog beach house! The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The highlight was the location – just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for daily seaside outings. The host was very kind and pleasant to work with. Five stars all the way!
