This 2,500 sq. ft. retreat in the sought after, semi-private neighborhood of Croatan, offers 4 bedrooms (2 primary suites), 3.5 baths, and expansive decks for the perfect beach getaway. Just a 2-minute walk to the sand, enjoy open, high-ceiling indoor spaces and plenty of outdoor living. Updated yearly, this home blends modern comfort with coastal charm. This Virginia Beach vacation home is the perfect retreat: located in the small, serene Croatan neighborhood with a pristine beach. The Oceanfront boardwalk, multiple attractions, great restaurants and bars - all within 5 minutes! Since 2021: - All new furniture, beds and paint - All bathrooms renovated (2024). - Large outdoor deck space with gas grill. - Outdoor shower with hot water. - Kids/teens bunkroom and hangout space. - Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. - Desk area to work remotely. High-speed Wifi. - Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. The rules: While the City has the normal beach rules, ours are simple. This is our home too. We love to share it while we are away and only ask you treat it like your own. For example, the artwork has been accumulated over 40 years of marine conservation travel. Some of our favorite underwater shots are hanging here, so please treat them kindly! While we are indeed an equal opportunity landlord, we encourage families and responsible adults. We also love kids, but no please spring break or party rentals. And sorry, no pets. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be 25 to rent. Parents may not rent for underage children and are required to be on the property for the duration of the stay. Our home most comfortably sleeps 4 adults/6 kids, or 6 adults/4 kids and is limited to 10 guests. This is a STRICT limit and we cannot accommodate more than 10 overnight guests due to local rental laws, without exception. If you are interested, please contact us so that we may speak with you prior to booking! Check out by 10 AM. Check in anytime after 3 PM. Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal rentals are all available. **Please contact us for multi-week and monthly rental discounts!!**

Beach items provided: 6 beach chairs, beach toys. There is one outdoor Ring camera for property security at the front door, and is only outdoor facing.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The Croatan neighborhood is located just south of the world famous Oceanfront, complete with dozens of restaurants and bars, wide sprawling beaches and miles of walking and biking boardwalks. Despite being a bike ride or short drive away, the Croatan neighborhood is peaceful and far less congested, making for the perfect relaxing escape while still being close to all of the Virginia Beach action. The Virginia Beach Aquarium and Marine Science center is less than a two-minute drive. The family friendly Ocean Breeze Waterpark is equally close.
